About Our Founder
Inkwell Tutoring founder, Misty Bleil struggled with reading and spelling as a young child. By age 9 she was diagnosed with a learning disability that has characteristics of dyslexia. After years of struggle, Misty became an avid reader and dreamed of helping other people overcome their learning challenges.
After earning a Masters in Special Education and 10 years of teaching, Misty realized that additional support was needed by some of the students she taught. Looking to make more of a difference in the lives of those that struggle with Dyslexia and other learning disabilities, she decided to open Inkwell Tutoring.
Using Barton Reading and Spelling system, Inkwell Tutoring is improving the lives of our clients by:
